Bureaucratic performance is still not optimal. These conditions reflected the number of public complaints related to services such bureaucratic procedures are not clear, slow, and high cost. Based on the proficiency level in these conditions, this paper is seen from the side with a focus on institutional birokasi birokasi coordination between institutions. Factors ineffective birokasi performance is the number of overlapping roles and functions of bureaucratic institutions and weak coordination among institutions. Weak coordination caused high sectoral ego and prestige of office. In addition, lack of SOP governing the duties and functions across the institution. The end, this paper suggested to performance birokasi optimize with effective coordination of sectoral and release ego and prestige of office.
